This matcha tea powder is really good quality and price, which can be a great addition to your daily tea as well as you can drink it on its own dissolved in hot water.It comes in a nicely designed resealable bag and there are two types to choose from that both will cost you below £10.Overall I am really happy with this product and would recommend it to everyone who likes this type of produce

After an abbismal first run...I read the instructions haha..1st one made without dissolving 1st ..used 2 teaspoons of matcha..topped up with hot oatmeal and agave nectar..fishy and not great.....THENNNN READ INSTRUCTIONS...2nd one way better...less is more...1/2 teaspoon dissolved easily in a bit of hot water....a splash of agave nectar and 2 sweetners...yes I like it sweet...topped up with nearly boiled water..... no fishy taste this time and creamy tasting as stated.on packaging.. glad I fell.on the buy 2 get 3....smashing thanks

I am trying to be super healthy and have started to look at drinks with superfood benefits when I came across this tea. I think the beverage tastes great and is easy to prepare. I added a little hot water to half a teaspoon of powder and mixed it to form a paste. Then you can add some more hot water depending on how strong you want your tea. I was pretty surprised that it dissolved so well, and no bits were lurking in the tea. It is a little expensive for the amount of matcha tea you get, but that might be because it's organic. Overall, good quality matcha, full of antioxidants. It looks like it would taste appalling but is very drinkable.

This is vegetarian products so everyone can haveit .It is known for its properties such as energy, memory and metabolism booster.Since it is full of useful antioxidants it can also be used for face cleansing. As per my perception matcha tea packet can last for 15-20 days after regular use twice a day.It is very easy to prepare just take 1/4 tea spoon of mixture in hot water and mix to well.For best results avoid use of steel or other metal objects. Taste great however its tone could be improved.overall it's a best fat loss and improves metabolic activities. I will surely recommend this product.

I'm a Matcha Virgin.Never drank it out or made it at home.So I followed Bon Appetite's instructions for preparation.I used a large ceramic bowl & metal whisk.Heated 2oz of water in microwave & while cooling,Sifted 1 1/2 teaspoons into the bowl.Whisked in water, using 'W' & 'M' motion to create foam.Complete success without recommended wooden bowl & bamboo whisk.Totally get the attraction of the ceremony of creating this tea.What I don't get is using words like Earthy to describe the taste.If earthy is code for grass & dirt, or fresh hay, (I worked on a farm. You inhale things)Then yeah, let's go with Earthy . My first thought was Get this out of my mouth I went back to square one.Warmed 4oz of coconut milk, then 'W' & 'M' whisked the Matcha back in.Much better. And now I get the crazy following.Gives you espresso energy without the jitters.

When I first agreed to try this Ceremonial Grade matcha I kind of anticipated in advance, judging by the low price, that it probably wouldn't live up to the Ceremonial Grade claims. I was correct. This definitely is not Ceremonial quality. That being said, as long as you go into the purchase knowing this, I still think this is a wonderful deal and a good quality for the price, compared to other matcha grades and brands. In my opinion, this qualifies more as a Culinary grade, which is still good for making lattes with. You can't beat the price. This matcha still has a nice vibrant green colour to it and it does not taste as bitter as some of the other brands out there. It does have some bitter notes to it and it is not as pure tasting as ceremonial but I still enjoyed my latte.It worked up a nice foam when I whisked it and it did not leave behind any clumps.I still recommend it.

A lot of ceremonial grade tea that is budget-oriented is actually culinary grade, but this is more than serviceable ceremonial matcha. It has a sweet smell, fine texture, and a sweet grassy flavor. It dissolves well when mixed into a paste and doesn't have any gritty textures or dirty flavors (often associated with culinary grade). The powder is a vibrant green as one would expect. I used this as part of a lightly diluted latte mixture and was very happy with the flavor. It was potent and sweet.

I started drinking the lower grade matchas, sometimes sold for cooking, and enjoyed them quite a bit. How different could it really be from higher grades? Then, I had some quite expensive ceremonial grade matcha from Japan. It was completely different. The flavor was intensely grassy and earthy, and the color was a radiant green. This matcha is much more like that than the typical bulk matcha, but not as good. It has a bright color and a nice mellow flavor. The oxidized flavors of lower cost matcha powders are largely absent. For the price, I think this is a good compromise and a brand I would consider in the future.
