It seemed like a smaller amount of tea but I think it is due to the way it is packaged, which I appreciate that nothing has to go in the trash and the tea bag can be easily composted. THE FLavor was strong and good. I use this product for my morning teacup and for making kombucha.

I DRINK BETWEEN 3-6 CUPS A DAY ONLY BEEN DRINKING IT FOR ABOUT 17 DAYS, MY NORMAL READINGS WERE ANYWHERE FROM (135-160) TOP NUMBER TO (90-110) BOTTOM NUMBER, NOW MY BP READINGS ARE AVERAGING 90-117(TOP NUMBER) AND (71-84) BOTTOM NUMBER I WILL DRINK THIS FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE.

I use about 14 ounces water per bag rather than 8. Tart but not too tart. I add a a wee bit of honey and really enjoy. I have not investigated effect on BP but it is fairly well documented hibiscus tea significantly lowers BP. From what i've read it's loaded with antioxidants so drink up?

I drink Hibiscus tea for both flavor and to help blood pressure. In both cases, it works! The tea has an earthy floral smell and deep color, with a better taste than green tea. I like it as an iced tea as well. I noticed some drop in blood pressure while using it for about a month, once or twice a day. Comes in a foil packet to keep fresh. I recommend this product.

Had some trouble with high blood pressure, my doctor recommend this tea bag and let me tell you I don't regret the purchase. It taste delicious! This along with my meds my blood pressure is where it should be.
