Bel colore brillante, polvere finissima che si scioglie e non lascia residui sul fondo. Gusto morbido, per nulla amaro o aspro, buono da solo o con latte (di soia, nel mio caso). É già il quarto matcha che provo, finora il migliore (anche rispetto a prodotti che costano il triplo!). Unica pecca: non biologico.

Primo the matcha comprato. Data la mia poca esperienza, posso dire che per me, nonostante il prezzo sia abbastanza alto, giustifico il costo del prodotto con la qualità che pare avere. Sembra infatti di buona qualità e ne basta pochissimo, per cui credo sia una spesa sostenibile. Il barattolo è molto carino e rispecchia le fattezze visibili in foto. Consiglio, a chi è alle prime armi, di guardare qualche video esplicativo per capire quanto tè utilizzare e per vedere come utilizzare gli attrezzi di cui necessita.Consigliato.
