I’ve been on the search for a good matcha powder and I have found it! My first matcha was Asiya brand from Whole Foods, it was really bitter and did not blend well into hot water. First I used a normal size whisk, then I bought a milk frother to see if that would make a difference and it didn’t. I didn’t buy a matcha whisk because I read that it molds quickly. My next powder was by Carrington Farms which was a better tasting and smoother powder. Mixed in water better than the first but still had small chunks of unblended powder. So I bought this powder and I’m so happy. I can use a normal size whisk to blend it with hot water. It’s so smooth. The flavor is amazing when added to oat milk. So happy with this purchase.

This stuff is quite good. Taste is great and mixes up well. It’s also great for cooking. I was able to mix into pancake batter and cheesecake batter. Everything came out well.

This was my first time trying matcha at home, so I don't have anything to compare it to, but it isn't bitter, and tastes great simply mixed with water or oat milk! The only thing that should be considered is that since it is in a glass bottle, you want to make sure to keep it in a dark place so that the nutrients are preserved

I normally got lower grade matchas for my lattes, so i needed hot water to dissolve it. This higher grade matcha dissolves without chalky clumps in cold water, so for summer i can make iced lattes with a nice green color! This price is also pretty good for ceremonial matcha!The picture is an oat milk iced matcha latte !

Questo tè ha un ottimo sapore ed è veramente buonissimo da bere anche in maniera tradizionale con un po' di acqua calda. Se lo volete per fare ricette, è sprecato. In più arriva velocemente ed è del tutto naturale e cresciuto senza aiuti chimici (ma forse tutto il matcha deve essere così). Lo consiglio e lo ri-comprerò.

I was so pleasantly surprised when I took the lid off of the jar and I kid you not the matcha was filled all the way to the brim. It is such a good value for the money. I love matcha lattes and this tastes just like what I get in the store.
