Tried a few different Matcha teas now and have to say I'm impressed with the quality of this tea. Especially at such a good price.

Finally. Finally I found it. For years I have been searching for a matcha that didn’t have a bitter aftertaste. I once had a matcha latte at an authentic Japanese restaurant that was smooth and creamy, without any bitter aftertaste, but I never seemed to be able to find something like it again. This is it, I’ve discovered it. Not to mention the little glass jar is so cute. And 50 servings in one jar! That’s about $0.30 a cup, which is just insanely cheap, especially compared to $4 matcha lattes from authentic Japanese restaurants. Worth it.

the color is not as vibrant as other ceremonial matcha I have, but the flavor is good and definitely very fine powder - the matcha latte made with it is very smooth. This is the perfect cheaper option for matcha latte, definitely better than the culinary grade ones.

Me ha gustado su textura, su olor, el sabor no es ni muy suave ni muy amargo. Yo que soy bastante sensible a la cafeína no he notado ningún efecto negativo como palpitaciones ni nada. También es agradable ver cómo el recipiente venía hasta el borde, cuidado al abrirlo porque puede caer algo de producto. Hace espuma, aunque no en demasía. Lo seguiré probando, por ahora me gusta.

The best price matcha I have been able to locate. The value is amazing for the quantity you get with only a minimal trade off in taste. The color is vibrant and it is extremely easy to blend. I was able to mix it straight in with cold almond milk without having to mix with hot water first. I will keep reordering!

Riecht sehr frisch und schmeckt lecker. Weder bitter noch zu roh. Sieht wunderschön aus und ist insgesamt therapeutisch. Absolut zu empfehlen. Smells very fresh and taste delicious. Not bitter nor too raw. Looks beautiful and it's therapeutic overall. Totally recommended.

Forget green tea that you have to hold your nose to drink, or that watery stuff you get from the supermarket - this is quality. Really nice green tea, it’s no lie either that matcha beats coffee hands down for waking you up, not suitable as a nightcap!

This is a great product. It is a larger amount for the price than you normally get with ceremonial matchas. The label states 50 servings per jar. It has a bright green color and dissolves nicely in hot or cold liquids. The taste is bright and crisp. I like to add some matcha to some flavored seltzer water with grated ginger for an afternoon pick me up. It keeps me alert and doesn't make me jittery. I'd definitely buy this again.

Matcha beginner here and I've been trying different matchas to find what I like.This matcha is really light in flavor and upon opening it seems like its a bright green color. But for taste, the really light, barely-there flavor was a con so I went looking for other matchas. After getting another brand (Japanese this time) I compared the two and was kinda shocked to see how PureChimp's appear to be more yellow-ish instead of bright green.PureChimp's matcha is great since it's affordable, you get a lot and the flavor is really light if that's what you like. Personally, I wouldn't buy this again (it's probably cheap for a reason) but I'd recommend it for people starting out and who want a light flavor.
