I thought it’d be a powdery or chalky test, but it’s really good! I enjoy it best with some almond milk and Starbucks matcha green tea who?!A little goes a long way so for the price. Its a win for me!

I bought this product to help me sleep so I do hope it works. I was recommended to take a 1/2 teaspoon 30-60 mins before bed. I also bought this tea as I read it helps support the immune system, cognitive functioning, calming and antioxidants. I am pro-Australian and did buy the Australian tea but the delivery was weeks away and this Japanese tea was delivered within 24 hours. I highly recommend this tea to anyone.
