after researching it appears this is one of the better green teas. I am using for Cancer so I hope I made the right decision. Says it has alot of egcg which may help lower CLL blood cancer. Hope so.

Discovered this tea is very calming and something that is wonderful to have after a stressful day as it relaxes the mind and gives you that chance to relax from a difficult day whether you be someone who physically works hard for a living or works at a desk all day long. This tea is something that can ease your mind and make you feel whole once again. I have found it brings me back to feeling like myself and I can actually have an entire night sleep which has always been difficult until now.
