Fantastic product and excellent customer service!!!One of the cups was broken upon arrival and they sent me a replacement within the week at no charge to me.Bought this as a gift for my mom, grams and aunt for mother's day so they could have another reason to spend more time together.This set is beautiful and well made.I would totally recommend giving this as a gift to any tea lover and it also allows for easy follow-up gifts with the wide selection of flower teas. I myself am not a lover of tea, but I love watching the flowers bloom in the teapot. It's quite amazing to behold.I wholeheartedly recommend getting this!

The teapot is beautiful as are the cups. I am so. so happy to have ordered this set. The tea itself is also great. I love how the blooms open when they start to heat up. I wasn't sure how I would like the tea, but it is very good and as long as it's decaffeinated, I will continue to order the tea by itself. I am seriously thinking of buying another set to give as a gift. I just absolutely love the complete set!
