Hand washed before first use and left to drain on rack .... rust spots in several places inc around handle, rim, body of teapot. Rust transferred to rim of internal strainer. Washed off in soapy warm water but came straight back. Incredibly disappointed considering rave reviews. Returned for refund

Quality for the money it’s not overly expensive it’s not the greatest little teapot in the world but it does what it’s supposed to do.... You can make tea in it! If you’re trying to brew on a budget this might be for you.

Great for coffee as well as herbal tea. Love the little wooden board that goes with. Use it in my garden and car, for when I wanna just “savour” in a ladylike fashion while watching a great sunset!

When it arrived I was slightly unimpressed as some of the blueing/black external colour was chipped off revealing a shiny metal silver underneath - making me a little confused what it was made of. Anyway, it was expensive and looked nice we we pushed on.We threw it away because the tea gets cold almost immediately. It looks nice, and is easy to clean, but it doesn't make good tea and the pot transfers all the heat, burns you if you touch it, and then cools the tea before you even have time to pour a cup. This is the worst tea pot I've ever used and I'm surprised because I've seen them (or what looks like them) in many cafes and they don't seem to have this problem. Perhaps this is a (not so) cheap knockoff of the original?

This set was purchased so that I can drink Gongfu whilst away from home - I'm away visiting family twice a year. Gongfu is my preferred method of drinking tea, so when I saw this I had to order it.In the photo provided, I was in a hotel in my home town, and had just used it for the first time. Zixing clay is ideal for puerh teas, and I wasn't disappointed!

In the best case scenario that's teapot has a capacity of 200 ml; I was thinking of returning it but decided to keep because didn't have any, and it's definitely the volume which fits for two-three gongfuing people.
