it crumbles, it’s not cool to the touch, does not pass jadeite quality. Every test failed. No don’t waste your money thinking this is real jade. It breaks apart when you run your finger nail across it. Customer Service is wack. They claim it’s real, but every test shows otherwise! THEY ARE LYING TO YOU

This necklace came quickly and undamaged. It was shipped with another item, but I was happy to see it was in its own bubble package to avoid damage. I purchased as a gift for my fiance, and I'm absolutely sure she will love it! The quality was better than I expected for the price, and looks beautiful.
