I am 5'4 and 145 pounds the medium was perfect. Not too low cut or form fitting and really comfortable. Material is kind of polyester ash not dry cottony - very soft and nice.

If you carry your weight on the midsection and you have big boops this nighty is awesome. The material and fit is nice enough to make you feel sexy yet covering the belly fat. I got a large could have gotten a medium as the nighty is very loose fitting. I’m 5’1 and weigh 180ish. Nighty fits right above the knees. Hope this helps.
