Bought the medium for 160 lbs, 5'4 wife ... fit great ... but make sure you prewash before use to get out excess dye. I usually prewash everything before first wear. Another reviewer mentioned outfit staining sheets. With the prewash I didn't have any of that problem, and I bought the red. I started hand washing and a lot of dye came out. Then I machine washed it on delicate and it was fine.
