Bought the medium for 160 lbs, 5'4 wife ... fit great ... but make sure you prewash before use to get out excess dye. I usually prewash everything before first wear. Another reviewer mentioned outfit staining sheets. With the prewash I didn't have any of that problem, and I bought the red. I started hand washing and a lot of dye came out. Then I machine washed it on delicate and it was fine.

teddy fits fine but the skirt has so much material it does wrap well and therefore does not flatter the outfit or look like the pictures
