This is the only thing I feel confident wearing that doesn't have some sort of compression on the stomach. I've got the mommy pouch. This makes me feel like a million bucks though. These ones are the best!I am 5'5 176 lbs and the Large fits me perfectly. The adjustable straps are amazing because the thing that changes the strap length is small and flat so you can't feel it sleeping but can also customize how loose you want it to fit and how low the neckline is etcHighly recommend these. Huge confidence boost
