I’m 5’2” and 135-140 lbs; I bought a small but was worried because most sleepwear will not fit the rest of me while still fitting my chest. I think it fits perfectly and is comfortable enough to actually sleep in.

5'3 125lbs size smallThese are very comfortable. The waistband isn't too tight and the top doesn't shift around while sleeping. The only drawback is they are hand wash. I put them in my washer on delicates and have noticed some pilling on the set I have had longer. Have two colors!
