The tea is really good, the quality is good, the soup color is good, the taste is also rich and the taste is soft and pure, when it is brewed, a honey scent smells really comfortable. This is the authentic black tea, some of them are reserved and some are bought for gifts, better than me The black tea bought in the physical store tastes better and the price is cheaper.

I have tried many black teas to make my Masala chain from scratch and finally found the ONE. Other teas tended to be biter, have some sort of caramel or sweet taste to them, and did not blend with the Masala Chai recipe spices.This one has been perfect and I am able to really enjoy it

As soon as I opened the tin of Harney’s English Breakfast Tea, a heady fragrance filled the room. The brew was rich yet mellow without a tinge of tannin or bitter aftertaste. Having tried over at least a dozen brands searching for that elusive blend I remember from childhood afternoon tea at Harrod’s, more decades ago than I’d like to admit, this is as close as my sense of smell and taste recall. It has been researched that smell is a retentive memory that is associated with indelible memories and this Harney’s does not disappoint me. The convenient sachet makes a lovely cuppa but not for a second fragrant refill so it is quite expensive - more than other brands (from Teapigs to the British imported Twinning, much less Lipton, Stash, Tazo, Tea Nation, Paul Newman, etc. ).This tea won’t be limited to just for a breakfast wake up call but an all day and evening reward - though I’m an Earl Grey fan, too!I think the reviewers who found Harney’s disappointing must have received an errant batch and hopefully, Harney’s has corrected previous errors in that blend or source and I won’t encounter this travesty in my future monthly orders.

I loved this tea. The tea is contained in a plastic bag inside the tin. The flavour remained fantastic as I made sure to close the plastic bag each time after use. I also love the tin!!

This tea is my favorite, and I've only been a tea drinker for 72 years, having started when I was 4 years old (really). The tea has a rich, full flavour and the packing keeps it fresh for long periods. It's an excellent value for the amount you get. The Assam is also the basis for many other teas, but I prefer mine straight .

The tea was as good as I remembered. I’d had this brand while traveling for work. I somehow found myself in a upper end hotel and found a few individual bags with the provided coffee and hot water. The drink is rich and clean without the drymouth aftertaste.

This tea was very nice - ordered 2 more (although not the special edition tin as you don't want to pay more than once for that). A very reddish colour, very nice. Not really sure how to describe it but I have tried a lot of loose teas and so far this one has come up trumps - it doesn't seem to matter if you use 1 spoon, 1.5 or 2, the flavour comes out consistently.

This is great tea. Consistent cut, no dust, flavor is perfect. You can make this tea strong and the flavor is still excellent. Holds up as iced tea. Is good straight but also holds up to cream and sugar. I recommend using 190’ F/88’ C water, not full boiling and steep for 2 minutes max.

The product was fresh with a delicious flavor. I enjoyed the personal letter which accompanied the product. How wonderful to know we are helping the tea farmer get a better price for their product. I like that a percentage goes back to educate the children of the tea farmers.
