I purchased this as a gift to one of my best friends. When I received it I was worried it might be damaged but I was instead pleasantly surprised to find it rolled in bubble wrap so it was well packaged. 5/5 for packaging! And 5/5 for looks! It’s so cute and I can’t wait to see my friends reaction when I get it. I gave 4/5 for durability and sturdiness because I have no idea on those as I haven’t and won’t be the one using it but based off the feeling of it, I believe durability shouldn’t be an issue unless it becomes used for an impromptu game of toss-a-random-item, which I doubt. And the customer support with the woman who creates this wine glass design and other cute things was amazing. Very happy with this purchase and HIGHLY recommend!
