The package of matcha powder is 30g pack, GBP 8.99 at the time of review. it is sourced directly from organic farms in Uji and Kagoshima, Japan. The price is not expensive at all. Matcha is well know as a good detox and anti-oxidant, a very good super food to intake. I used it to make matcha latte or simply drink it plain with water. Flavour is good, the green colour makes you feel relax and refreshing. It is a good drink to take in the afternoon to replace the cuppa tea I used to have.

This matcha tea is a lovely bright green colour which signifies good ceremonial quality. It has a nice earthy taste which is particularly good, in my opinion, whisked into hot milk for a matcha latte.The flat pack packaging makes this easier to store although I personally prefer a good jar. The packet is resealable and keeps the matcha fresh though.Overall this matcha is good value at £8.99 and is a nice ceremonial quality. I hope you find this helpful.

This matcha is divine. I have had issues with another main brand having a bit of a fishy after taste which is unusual and not very pleasant. I am pleased to say this matcha has no such problem. It tastes really good, is smooth and gives you an instant pick up. I will be ordering this in the future.

This is a good matcha that hits in the sweet spot of not too expensive, but excellent flavor and freshness. The powder is bright green, smells fresh and grassy. The prepared tea is delicious, flavorful, low bitterness, grassy/herbal, slightly sweet. It's not the absolute best matcha I've had, but it's good stuff and a good value.

Matcha tea provides about the same amount of caffeine as a cup of coffee. The key difference is how the tea delivers the caffeine effect. As it also contains a unique amino acid called L-theanine. This slows the release of caffeine giving a calming, relaxing effect. Helping to improve mental focus with no jitteriness effects.Has lovely smooth taste to it, doesn't taste as bitter as tea bag versions. It does have a thicker texture compared to the standard green tea's. It gives off a very gentle aroma. I did find that I needed to stir it every so often, otherwise it would be very concentrated at the bottom. A very enjoyable cup of tea, definitely worth it and packed full of antioxidants.

This was the first time I've ever had matcha tea and I have to say it's rather nice and taste wise it's a mix of green tea and black tea and the creaminess of hot chocolate but with a slightly bitter after taste and I liked it with lots of milk and a some sugar that made it very enjoyable. Overall very good tea and good quality.

This matcha tea powder is really good quality and price, which can be a great addition to your daily tea as well as you can drink it on its own dissolved in hot water.It comes in a nicely designed resealable bag and there are two types to choose from that both will cost you below £10.Overall I am really happy with this product and would recommend it to everyone who likes this type of produce
