This is good tea. The flavor is not as strong as I would like, but the flavor is good. If you like Genmaicha you will like it. If you've never tried it, this is also a good place to start.

I have had matcha teas from various brands, this one from heapwell is way better than common brands like Midori but still lacks a slight premium taste, as the premium matcha teas have balanced flavors, with layers of unfolding creaminess, umami, fresh-cut grass, and roasted notes.Matcha has a host of health benefits can also be used as a cosmetic i.e. As a face pack but would cost you bit more than your regular pack.Coming back to the heapwell matcha -This matcha is not bright and vibrant green and is slightly on the yellowish side meaningit’s of a lesser quality and comes from leaves harvested later in the year instead of during the spring.You will get a good froth given you know how to properly whisk it.Overall at this price it is a good buy, I would recommend it.P. S. Though it has a lot of health benefits it should be consumed in moderation.

Easy to prepare and drink. Just add powder to Luke warm water and drink. Matcha green tea is much more powerful than normal green tea and that is why it costs more. Pure organic tea direct from the land of Japan.

Had better, as far as compressed aged Pu-Erhs go. I usually make a few brews from one batch. This brand does get quite week after the first one. That said, it was not expensive and the first brew tastes quite nice.
