I am a gym going person so I take good care of my diet. I got my tea about a week ago and I use it daily twice a week and I have to say my degestion has improved a lot and because of that I feel so energetic all day long. A good digestion also leads to weight loss so we can say that this tea helps in weight loss too. It's a bit costly but if you are a diet freak just like me it's a good buy given that it makes me feel active all day long rather than being lathargic.
