I bought this product to help me sleep so I do hope it works. I was recommended to take a 1/2 teaspoon 30-60 mins before bed. I also bought this tea as I read it helps support the immune system, cognitive functioning, calming and antioxidants. I am pro-Australian and did buy the Australian tea but the delivery was weeks away and this Japanese tea was delivered within 24 hours. I highly recommend this tea to anyone.

Wonderful for the morning tea! Of course, it's bitter, how it is supposed to be. The bitterness adds 3 dimensions to other flavours, for example, if I mix it with turmeric tea.

皆さんは何かしらの植物を育てていらっしゃいますか？植物の三大栄養素は窒素、リン酸、カリですが、鉄分を補う事により根は太く、花は鮮やかに沢山咲いて、実は甘く大きく熟します。お茶に含まれるタンニンを利用し、ペットボトルに鉄釘やスチールウールタワシ等を入れて、お茶を注ぎます。すると鉄とカテキンが反応して真っ黒な液体に変化します。冷ましてそのまま植物に与えます。沢山、タンニン鉄を利用した園芸がYouTubeに紹介されています。『タンニン鉄』で検索すれば出てきます。参考にして下さい。私は、タンニン鉄生成水を作るのに、このお茶を利用しています。

渋いお茶を飲みたいときに重宝しています。100均とかで売ってるお茶用パックは使わずに、急須を使用するのがおすすめです。（味が出やすいので）評価の厳しい方がいらっしゃいますが、320グラム700円前後です。320グラム700円前後ですよ。

This product came very quickly. I ordered one for myself and one for my daughter. As it turns out I don’t know that I would order it again simply because I’m not crazy about the flavor. It is a little bit hard to blend up and dissolve in the warm water. But if you are a Matcha tea lover then this is probably a great product. Matcha just has a very different flavor than what I was expecting
