Usually very nice but unfortunately the jar seems to have not been properly closed prior to packaging. I am unable to return due to understandable return policies due to the nature of the product.

I think this tastes quite good in a latte but not quite as good as the ceremonial grade matcha I buy from Ippodo. If you aren’t drinking in a latte I’d shop around for an actual ceremonial grade matcha. The flavour is good in a latte, some umami and not grassy.1. I colour matched with Ippodo matcha (my fave) and it is a similar green.2. I like that it is a product of Japan rather than Chinese “organic”.This is a good option if you are looking for a Japanese matcha for a daily latte!

For the price it is definitely worth it but don’t write off ceremonial matcha because of this product. It’s somewhere between culinary and ceremonial.

This is a good base if u don’t want to much sweetness but even after adding truvia to my matcha it still didn’t taste as good as others I’ve tried. If you don’t mind a little bit of bitterness then this may be good.

Flavourful and fresh-tasting. Pyramid shaped bags packed with whole chamomile flowers. Great for nighttime, right before bed. Add honey and glycine (if those products are right for you) and enjoy a great sleep.

Great product! I haven’t had many other matchas, but really like this one. It’s inexpensive, lasts a long time, and tastes good! It takes time to blend, but am not sure if this is the case with most matchas.

My favorite brand of matcha tea I usually use has been sold out so many times that it has sent me off on a wild goose chase looking for something even remotely similar. I’m picky, not an expert though.I thought the price was excellent but there HAD to be a catch, right?I like the glass jar it comes in. Easy to close and store, but also just as easy to open and scoop the amount you want.The hint of mint is refreshing. It is slightly less than I would prefer, but it is still good hence the reason I gave 4 stars for the taste.I drink my matcha iced for the most part. I use 1 solidly rounded tsp, add a scoop of ice and a slight squirt of liquid stevia in a 32 oz Yeti or Rtic tumbler or large glass mason jar. Add a straw and I’m good to go!Whether it is “ceremonial grade” or not- to my taste buds I have no clue the difference (remember, I’m no “matcha expert”). However, I do know that I like the energy I get from matcha vs the typical coffee caffeine energy bc I don’t crash when I drink matcha tea the way I do when I just drink my coffee.This is a great replacement to the overpriced and always sold out matcha tea I used to get. And with the hint of mint- so refreshing. Definitely going to reorder this one.

First, I’m not a matcha expert. And I haven’t tried any of the expensive stuff. That said, I like this quite a lot. You want to whisk it well, but I really like the taste though I drink it with milk or cream and just a touch of raw sugar. Hot or iced. I can’t say I taste cinnamon but I think it’s just subtle and adds to the flavor overall. Nice for the price. If you want to try matcha I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.

I was actually kinda shocked. I wasn't expecting it to taste as good as it did. I usually drink Akira matcha which is more expensive n one month when funds were somewhat low I decided to take a chance n try pure himp. I'm not saying it will be my new brand of matcha but it's really pretty good n extremely reasonable in price. I was surprised that it was ceremonial, but I'm sure it is a low grade ceremonial tea. Akira will still be my number 1 but I will buy Purechimp, it has a earthy taste, nice aroma, no clumps. Only thing I don't like is the glass jar, where as Akira is in a foil-like resealable package where no light can get thru. But as far as taste it's fine. Idk how long it will stay fresh because of the glass jar, I recently bought it n opened it the other day. But I will update if it goes stale quickly.
