Excellent customer service. The lid on my tea set broke after everyday use since June 2021. I contacted customer service and they replaced it for me for free and very quickly. What a great day when our Teabloom Tea Set arrived! I had researched several companies before deciding on this set. Top quality all the way around, from the careful packing to the flowering tea.
