Good product, it just gets rusty very fast, keeps the tea warm fkr a long time; sadly the top lid gets hot as well, when you pour in the hot water

Hand washed before first use and left to drain on rack .... rust spots in several places inc around handle, rim, body of teapot. Rust transferred to rim of internal strainer. Washed off in soapy warm water but came straight back. Incredibly disappointed considering rave reviews. Returned for refund
