Great product, recommend pouring slowly and a slighter angle to avoid dripage. I use and clean daily with no change to the finish outside or in.

Ich bin bisher sehr zufrieden mit den Tee Set. Es kam gut verpackt an und macht auch sonst einen soliden Eindruck. Der Ausguss mit dem Caddy ist nicht ganz so leicht. Ist aber nur ein kleiner Minuspunkt.

Bei uns kam die Kanne mit Glasurfehler bereits an, Schade! Was mich stört, gibt es keine Endkontrolle mehr bei den Hersteller, aber anscheinend ist es billiger die Retouren zu bezahlen wie eine Endkontrolle zu installieren!

Eigentlich eine sehr schöne Teekanne. Fühlt sich gut an, angenehme Schwere und macht eigentlich einen sehr wertigen Eindruck. Leider bröselte auch bei mir schon vor dem ersten Auspacken die Beschichtung am Rand des Einfüllloches ab. Zusätzlich gab es zwei kleine bräunliche Roststellen? am Ausguss.Rücknahme war unkompliziert.Sehr schade. Hätte sie sehr gerne in fehlerfrei gehabt.
