I am a M (UK 12) and I bought a XL because I prefer my sleepwear to be larger rather than smaller for comfort reason. However I could have bought a L and be very happy as well. So I recommend to buy at least one size bigger than your normal one. The fabric is very soft and comfortable, and despite the obvious transparency, it doesn't look vulgar at all.

Ordered a large. 38c/160lb. Couldve gotten a med. But large is good and comfortable! But it will not be a nighr shirt; thats how nice it is. Its a good quality. However I would be dry cleaning. There are 2 buttons above the belly button. Will be ordering the other colors.
